Ragi is the basic name of Finger Millet in the Southern piece of India (and known as Nachni in the northern piece of India). Ragi or Nachni is regularly ground to a fine power and sold and prevalently known as Ragi Flour.
Usage :
Ragi flour is made into flatbreads, raised dosa and thicker, unleavened roti. It’s additionally consumed with milk, yogurt or water. It’s a healthy food given for infants in India.
